I am the
proud owner of five Kiselica originals, the "View
of Villa Borghese", "The Berkely", "Castle Gondolpho",
"Bette Davis" and "Jean Harlow".
I am in awe of James' work and was just taken
in by the realism. His way with light, reflection,
shadows, and perspective are incredible. When you look at the
fine details of James' paintings, you'll see a less
than perfect reality, as with browning foliage,
fallen petals and blemishes on objects that you see
in real life. Those are the kinds of details other artists
forget... in creating a 'picture-perfect' image many
forget that life and nature aren't so perfect. I appreciate
that realism and the true beauty James puts into all
of his works.

Kudos
to you and your web master!!! The site looks great.
I really liked your bio! The number of "sold"
pieces is very impressive as are the number of pieces
available in print form. Each painting makes you
feel as if you are standing right there, smelling the
sweetness of the breeze, and listening to the sound
of the ocean or the brush of the palms. I'm so
happy for you!!! Best of luck with the site, but
you won't need luck because your art work sells itself.

Hi Jim
- Fabulous website! Jimmy just told me about it
last night. I just came back from Key West yesterday
- spent quick 5 days to get away from it all. Your
artwork is AMAZING as always! Have a Merry Christmas
and best wishes for an incredible 2002. I can't
wait to see you soon! Love always, Bruce &
Jimmy.

Hello
James - Was really glad to see your work at Mainsail -- I was inspired not only by the
quantity displayed, but also the quality and consistency of your interpretation
of the architectural elements in your life. (I was the blondish-red guy who
dropped by both days -- a true art ho.)
Couldn't buy anything this trip, but I have you on file for when things are
more stable for either purchases or perhaps a commission. Hope you guys had a good weekend, and best wishes on all future endeavors!
Best,
Greg Vineyard, LA

Wow! What
a site! It was really great having you and Joe for dinner
companions at Peter's birthday dinner Sunday. Sorry
we couldn't talk on a more personal level, but hope
to get to know you guys better. We have an interior
design business and are sometimes on the lookout for
mural work and other artistic mediums. I enjoyed
reading your bio and viewing your beautiful work. Hopefully
we can see it in person in the near future. Hope
you both have a wonderful Thanksgiving and we look forward
to seeing you again soon. Best wishes, Ron &
Bill

We
are good friends of Sean Ensign & Sam Novak. They
told me about your work and I have
been
admiring it. Very nice, and the best of luck to
you. I am beginning a new career
as
a sculptor. Hope we get to meet you sometime...
